It is recommended that you have you boiler serviced on an annual basis. This allows you to identify and rectify any maintenance issues hopefully preventing a breakdown when it is most needed. It also ensures your boiler and heating system is functioning effectively, efficiently and safely. It is essential that Condensing boilers be serviced annually.
We will always try to repair any boiler as long as parts are still available. We only fit manufacturers approved parts and only consider a boiler replacement as a last resort if the appliance is beyond economical repair.
All work is guaranteed for 12 months. Most boiler manufacturers now offer 5/7 year warranty’s as long as the appliance is regularly maintained by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
We charge a flat hourly rate for our services. Wherever possible, a price will be agreed in advance for any parts and labour required.
We are available between 8AM and 5:30PM Monday to Friday. However we do offer an emergency call out service outside of these hours, please contact us on 01536 519295.
Most call outs can be attended to the same day. However, in peak times response times can vary.
